OUR MISSION
The Emirati Women Chapter (EWC) was established with a clear mission to nurture the development and advancement of Emirati women in their journey towards personal and professional growth across a range of industries, enabling them to thrive. At EWC, we have established a collaborative, supportive community that focuses on providing the necessary guidance, tools and opportunities to enable women to grow in their fields and passions.
Once they have completed the programme, participants will have the chance to remain in the Chapter and become mentors themselves, actively contributing to the creation of future success stories and paying it forward to other Emirati women as they help guide future cohorts of women with their own aspirations.
ABOUT US
The Emirati Women Chapter was launched in March 2024 in collaboration with the General Women's Union (GWU) to empower Emirati women across various fields. Founded by five inspirational women leaders, the chapter reflects their shared commitment to giving back to the community and fostering the growth of Emirati women in the professional world. With their vast experience and leadership, they provide a strong foundation for creating impactful opportunities and advancing the role of women in society.

Create a positive impact in the community through inspiring women.
Establish a professional database as an Emirati talented women sourcing to enhance and sustain the journey.
Optimise resource utilisation.
Create an impact in the Emirati women’s journey by enhancing the skills they possess, which they believe strengthen their brand and transform their ability to achieve more.
